FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What artwork requirements and file types do you accept?

We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, and AI files (minimum 300 DPI, vector fonts outlined). You do not need to create your own cut lines—our design team sets those up for you during proofing. If your artwork resolution is too low, we’ll flag it on your proof and work with you to fix it before production.

High-resolution artwork (300 dpi) is recommended for best results.
What specialty materials and finishes are available?

All of our stickers are printed on premium, 100% waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl designed for indoor/outdoor durability and scratch resistance. You can choose between White Vinyl or Rainbow Vinyl (holographic), and add specialty effects like Spot Gloss or 3D Emboss Gloss.
When do I receive my proof?

You’ll receive your digital proof via email within 1 business day of placing your order.

Can I request proof changes?

Yes! You can request revisions, We’ll update your proof and re-send it for your review.
Can I make changes after approving a proof?

Because production begins immediately after proof approval, changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order is approved. Please review your artwork, cutlines, and text carefully before giving your final approval.
When does production begin?

Production begins immediately after you approve your digital proof. Once approved, your order is printed, cut, and quality-inspected.
What’s the production turnaround?

Standard Production was 2–4 Business Days. Larger orders and specialty finishes may require additional production time.
How does shipping work?

Once you approve your digital proof, your order enters production (2–4 business days). After your stickers are printed and quality-inspected, they are shipped via standard US delivery (3–7 business days). You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

How do bulk orders work?

Standard orders (minimum 50 items) can be placed directly through checkout. For bulk orders of 2,500+ stickers or large commercial/custom requests, fill out the "Request a Bulk Quote" form on the product page. Our team will review your project details and send a personalized quote within 24–48 hours.
