Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. During peak times or sales, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days across the United States, depending on your location and carrier service.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Eye Candy Custom Print is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at eyecandycustomprint@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
